EXPERIENCE AND WHERE ALL STARTED
With 28 years in Advertising, Brand Building, Creative, Digital Media, Sales, Business Development, and Growth, my journey began as an intern at a digital agency in the 90s. In late 2001, I co-founded AgenciaClick Minas Gerais with Luciana Braga, which thrived in my hometown of Belo Horizonte, Brazil. AgenciaClick MG was funded by AgenciaClick Brazil—the largest digital agency in Latin America at the time. In 2007, AgenciaClick Brazil was fully acquired by Aegis Media, where I remained a C-level executive with responsibilities across North and Latin America. In 2012, Dentsu Inc. acquired Aegis Media, now Dentsu Media and Creative.
I was a jack of all trades throughout my career, especially in my early years at 19 and 20. I held diverse roles in art direction, copywriting, media planning and buying, digital design, data, research, customer experience (CX), and, of course, sales and account leadership. Building solutions, resolving client problems, and generating growth are my passions. My core strengths lie in growth, client relations, media, marketing activation, team leadership, and new business development.
During my 20 years at Dentsu, I built and maintained relationships with global clients like General Motors, Google, Coca-Cola, P&G, Stellantis, Macy's, Walmart, and many others. I boosted organic revenue, landed new clients, and led teams handling multibillion-dollar billings across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Collaborating with C-level executives, I drove marketing, digital media, and innovation initiatives with remarkable leaders like Abbey Berryman, Abel Reis, Andre Chueri, Angela Steele, Annette Warring, Cara Lewis, Diana Bojaj, Fred Saldanha, Fred Levron, Jacki Kelly, Jean Lin, Jerry Bulman, JiYoung Kin, Jim Butler, Jon Kovalcik , Kerry Doyle, Michael Epstein, Nick Brien, Nigel Morris, Pedro Cabral, PJ Pereira, Tim Andree, Wendy Clark just to name a few.
I helped develop digital products and first-time ever solutions, co-founded the IAB Brazilian chapter, and built alliances with tech giants like Adobe, Amazon, Meta, and Oracle. As a C-level executive, I significantly reduced operating budgets while expanding service scope and consistently achieving high client satisfaction. Leading a cross-functional team of over 1,000 professionals, I drove growth, leveraged diverse talents, and collaborated with top media, advertising and tech companies.
After more than two decades at Dentsu, I transitioned to Accenture Song (formerly Accenture Interactive) in 2022 as part of its consolidation of several acquisitions, aimed at enhancing synergies across product innovation, experience design, marketing, media, and commerce. In my role with the Sales Strategy & Growth team, I helped lead digital transformation efforts, focusing on the origination and sales of MarTech project implementations, strategic platform recommendations, GTM strategies, cloud services, and CRM strategies. I also collaborated in Centers of Excellence with leaders from Adobe, SAP, AWS, Oracle, and Salesforce. Additionally, I supported the media team in strengthening Accenture Song's media capabilities, including strategy, planning, buying, data, and marketing activations. I had the opportunity to work with an incredible team and leaders such as Amy Graff, Anant Kamat, Andrea Maccacio, Bob Raidt, David Brown, Dan Garrison, Danelle Faust, Kristen Miller, Patrick Kennedy, Vikalp Tandon, and many, many others. At Accenture, I was part of a high-performing sales team led by remarkable leaders—Mike Brunst, "the one and only," and my compatriot Alexandre Colcher—managing a multi-billion-dollar P&L.
In late 2023, I joined GroupM (WPP) as a Managing Partner - Global Client Leader, part of a high-level strategic initiative led by GroupM’s Global and North American CEOs, including the incredible Kirk McDonald, one of the most inspiring leaders I’ve worked with. My role emphasizes fostering inter-divisional sales collaboration across WPP agencies and partners, prioritizing growth, account management, and new business development. Additionally, I co-lead "Health@GroupM," a global media powerhouse focused on healthcare.
Throughout my career, I have sold and delivered integrated solutions for E-commerce, Digital Transformation, end-to-end (E2E) solutions, aligning with campaign strategies, media planning, and brand activation across digital and traditional media, including performance marketing, retail, e-commerce, programmatic, social, OOH, CTV, and print.
One thing I can say without hesitation, and that has never changed during these nearly three decades in the industry, is how much I LOVE what I do. I feel incredibly lucky to work with amazing people, brands, and clients.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family! We especially enjoy traveling, watching movies (I'm a movie buff), attending concerts, soccer, football, and tennis matches, and, most importantly, training Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with my daughter. She is my best part and a tough cookie! (Literally, she's my heart beating outside my body.)

My passion for this field ignited when I was 17, already in college pursuing my BA in Mass Communication and Social Studies (Advertising, Journalism, PR, and Radio) and interning at a small digital agency in my hometown in Brazil. Since then, I've kept pace with the rapidly evolving industry—from multimedia CD-ROMs to highly complex website developments and digital advertising. I always identify numerous opportunities for my clients and partners, delivering forward-thinking solutions that cater to their immediate and future needs.

Since 2013, these efforts have revolutionized how cars are sold online.
