In an effort to bridge the gap between the online shopping experience and physical stores, our team sought to identify standard features of e-commerce websites that could be adapted to enhance the brick-and-mortar shopping experience. Our goal was to create a seamless integration between the convenience of online shopping and the tangible, in-person experience of shopping at a physical store.
We developed an innovative interface that leverages beacon technology to provide customers with real-time product information as they navigate through the store using their mobile devices. This technology allows shoppers to receive personalized product recommendations, detailed information about product features and pricing, and even exclusive discounts, all while they move through the store.
