SKY TV offers over 3,400 hours of daily programming across 142 different channels, yet young people are increasingly spending their time on social networks. How can we leverage these platforms to ensure no one misses their favorite shows?
We integrated Twitter with SKY TV's satellite service. Every day, SKY TV tweets the highlights of their programming. Now, if a SKY TV client wants to record a show to watch later, they simply need to retweet the highlight with the hashtag #SkyRec, and the program will be automatically recorded at their home. This innovative approach not only keeps our customers engaged but also amplifies our service's visibility on social networks.
