Small Biz-Owners Amex - Media & Creative

Amex tackled low awareness among Small Business Owners with its "Amex Business Card Chronicles," a campaign featuring whimsical films about fictional business owners. This narrative approach, distinct from typical B2B marketing, highlighted real-time solutions like managing cash flow. The result was a 54% increase in new card acquisitions in Q4 2021, marking one of Amex's best years for SME account growth, with success continuing into 2022. The campaign effectively changed perceptions and increased awareness of Amex's business card offerings, exceeding performance benchmarks.
